S. Consul General, Alger 1798<\/p>\n<p>Sur le plan diplomatique, Alger a reconnu les \u00c9tats Unis en signant un trait\u00e9 de paix le 5 septembre 1795 (r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sp\u00e9cifique sur http:\/\/history.state.gov\/countries\/algeria)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Je pr\u00e9pare un billet sur le 1er trait\u00e9 entre l&rsquo;Alg\u00e9rie et les \u00c9tats-Unis qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 5 septembre 1795.
